So i found a guy on TN who had a set of JDM tails for sale. Hez willin to send em to me for cheap, but heres the kicker. He says he doesnt have, nor has access to a digital camera, or does he have any pictures of it. He said hez puttin his celica back to stock cuz he doesnt drive it to much. So he said he will sell me them for cheap. He wants me to pay via paypal, but i kinda dont wanna send $ without seein this item. It seems kinda sketch, but the price hez askin is damn good. Any ways, im just curious, i know paypal has a money back gaurentee for items of e-bay, what about private sales? My next question is for any one who has used western union, is there a way u can send $ like a C.O.D. with shipping, meaning u can transfer the funds, the other person can see they are there, but u dont fully transfer them untill the item gets there?? This guy doesnt wanna ship C.O.D. usin fedex or somethin cuz he said it will take for ever *dont quite know how that works but ok*. Can any one help? I want these tails sooo bad, but dont wanna get screwed over.

Wasn't there a guy from Tennessee that just got banned from here again for selling BS parts? It's under buying and selling, 94-95 clear turnsignals, I think.

tell him straight up that you aren't comfortable in purchasing something sight unseen. Tell him to either accept the COD or go whore himself until he has enough to buy a digital camera. You shouldn't have to bend over backwards for this guy.

ive been tellin him ill do COD easily, but hez kinda hesitant. He says he doesnt have a good enough computer to hook up a digital camera, let alone has one. But he said hes had alot of cars. My question is, if ur in school, why would u have an old crappy computer, that wouldnt be able 2 accept a digital camera (ie usb), and wouldnt have a digital camera, nor would any of his friends. I think its kinda sketchy that not one of his friends has a digital camera. Also most of the photo development places around here can even scan or make a cd of just regular 35mm film. So even if he had a picture from a regular camera it would be good enough. But apparently there r no places in greenbay that will do that.

At this point, you know you shouldn't give this guy any money.

Another safe bet for you is to use Paypal and have paypal take money FROM A CREDIT CARD. With that you have two layers of security...Paypal and the credit card company. Paypal im pretty sure has protection even for non eBay items, and you can dispute charges with major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover etc). When you do a dispute, paypal will get a chargeback and that will motivate them to investigate what happened. Its pretty safe IMO. Ive done disputes twice before with 2 different cards and its never failed me.

Oh...and Green Bay mOOt!

If you want it bad enough it'll be worth paying the extra from someone reputable.

sellers who want to sell for real reputalbe items dont hesitate to give the buyer the info they want.... I wouldent trust this situation on the simple grounds that easy excuses were made (my pc is trash...) a real seller would have a grainy, horrible pic of the actual product if it was for real and that cheap....
