again guys..sorry for being a pain in the a55 wit all the questions.....ive tried serach but to no conclusions....

im still havin trouble moutning them boomers in....first off, i think i got the wrong skirts..maybe for a coupe idk.....the back ends of the skirt is too short so i cut it off (i kno i kno)....so i can mount it easier..then to find out the part where it curves into the doors are totally not lined up right...where else would i able able to bolt up the skirts?..plz every1...i need help desperately....

will sing if helped... biggrin.gif

OK first of all calm down, you didn't get the wrong sides. Second... unless you really know what you're doing... take it to a professional. Fiberglass bodykits generally are not direct bolt ons. It takes a bit of effort, a lot of shaving and sanding and it's going to be a really tight fit.

If you ask the people that did it themselves, they'd all tell you the same thing, that it took them nearly the whole day to install because the fitment is horrible.

yep, i had the same problems. i cut off the ends of my skirts as well and glassed them to make them longer. in the sill i did a little glass work and ended up using an epoxy and rivets to keep it on. good luck with ur install

thanks for the info guys....

im pretty sure im goin to be stuck..lols.....im takin the boomers to a pro to actually make the skirt ends a bit "longer"...and sand down the door sills on the skirts....that way its "easy"........

any suggestions b4 i bring this to a body shop?

Yeah, take it to a reputable shop, somewhere where the people will know what they're doing, so you don't get charged for their ignorance.
