I was told that an aftermarket Throttle body would give me some more HP. Is this true? If so, where can I get one for a 1994 Toyota Celica ST 1.8 Liter Coupe. I really have no idea as to where to even start to look for something like this. The reason I need one is because the stock one on my car needs to be replaced. Thanks for your time

my advice, just buy a stock replacement throttle body. ive never seen an aftermarket tb for the 7afe, and even if there was, i believe gains in hp would be neglible at best, maybe even detrimental. properly installed and tuned itb's will result in gains, but i still doubt its worth the hassle.

No. The stock throttle body doesn't exactly restrict the engine from making power.
