I think I will stick to using the 7afe ECU and just tweek it! Because I couldn't imagine trying to re-wire the interior connection so the dash and all the componets would work correctly!

that's a pretty cool engine swap project you got there! i wonder if i could do an engine swap with my 3sfe engine(auto trans.) with a silver or black top 4age jdm engine(manual trans.)?

also...what is the difference between silver and black top 4age jdm? i know black top have 170hp tops. what does silver hp pull out to be?

sorry..i'm so new to these kind of things...XD a good information collection is good for me to start my engine swap...i'm pretty tired of auto trans...XD

You could, but you would have to get 7AFE mounts and axles.

The silvertop is rated at 160hp.

silver tops hp isn't that bad at all! it's similiar to scion tc hp at least...and thanks for the info on the engine swap biggrin.gif

now i just gotta save up and work on the money to get my hands on silver or black top 4age engine. question is ....where you could get your hands on it? ebay? kindasad.gif
