When you're gonna go over speedbumps or steep driveways, drive onto them at an angle rather than straight on. That'll help a little bit.

Just get the Combat front end. It doesn't look much lower than stock.

yeah, try to take bumps at an angle
driving yesterday sucked...they are redoing the road right off the parking lot i park in at ats school, so it is all torn up. i had to leave yesterday and i scraped my front leaving, and this is with no drop. i couldn't imagine trying to get out with a kit or drop or both. you'd probably get stuck. stupid roads |

Turn your steering wheel to angle, so your tires hit the bump first then quickly turn to the opposite direction.

its definately a pain, but you get used to it...i have never hit my side skirts (twice almost hit), but i have scraped the front hundreds of times. i have raised the car back to stock a couple times, but cant stand the way it looks. the way i see it is that you have to know what you are getting into before buying a kit for your daily driver. i wouldnt be happy if it was flawless, that just doesnt seem fun...
the worst is i have season tickets for the sixers and they have these stupid stop bars at the gate and you can hear and feel things breaking off your car while it rips under the car. thats worse than bottoming out |

I just moved to a new place and I can't get up the drive way. I had to raise up my car about 2 "s. Now my car looks somewhat stupid cause I have a body kit on and it is not low. Plus I have a 2 " gab from my tire to my fender.

My streets are pretty good, I am getting a bodykit and I have a 1.5" drop, is that going to be a problem even with the slightest pothole?

Damn, I love being too poor to afford a body kit. I drive the hell out of mine with no guilt. Although the looks are blah, but at least i'm having fun.
