2 12" Earthquake DBX-12R's (one not installed yet)
2 Power Acoustic LT-980/2 (one not installed yet)
1 Farad AudioBahn Cap
2 Farad Kole Audio Cap (not installed yet)

With this setup its pretty loud but I need to build a box to house it all, thinking of full width between the strut towers, mounting the subs near the strut tower and mounting the caps verticaly inbetween them, and fineally the amps on top.

I reccomend the power cap to anyone running a small system, with this current setup the 1farad cap has solved alot of my dimming and dead battery's at start.

It will look nice, just make sure to form it to the back seats and be sure you have acess to your towers back there. Maybe glass the whole trunk and wrap it in Carbon fiber... if you want to get all tricky..

Yeh, good plans, I went for a setup between my towers too cos it leaves plenty of room and can keep the spare wheel. But, even if you can work wonders with fibre glass I think you'll struggle to get the correct box volume in that space even with a sealed enclosure. I recommend using WinISD Beta to help calculate the volume required for your box and how the dimensions will affect their performance. I did some calcs to see if I could get another sub in my setup but found it pretty much impossible without using the whole trunk.

Good luck anyways,

Dan

cool, could get a 2nd box just like the one you got for the other sub (looks like they would fit side by side against the bad seat, then mount the amps behind (out of sight) and the caps on top like you have.

do what I plan to do, make a fiberglass box to hold everything just the way you want it. a lot of work but very unique and good looking.

I am gonna match the angle of the back seats but for now my Front/Rear strut braces havent came in, and technicaly speaking this isnt my car anymore, so what my GF decides todo past the box I build is up to her. I do plan however making all plastic panels from the B-Pillar Back out of CF for the a clean rear-seat delete and custom mounting my amps.

I just plan on full width and then using some spacers between the back seat and strut towers to "lock" it into place because I love the corners and this setup isnt corner happy. almost Full CF interior will slove the whole how I want it to look problem smile.gif .
