a great thing to do is to check the "how-to" articles on the home page
http://www.6gc.net/index.php?action=howto&itu=71 and also check the stickys on the top of each forum for more how-tos and FAQs -------------------- |

i made that a little while ago, doesnt need glue and is cheaper then an s2000 antena, However, theres more to it than what i wrote in that post, its not hard though. Msg me if you go this route. basically, you need a good pair of tin snips, some needle nose pliers, and a tool to unscrew the little chrome ring fastening the current antena to the car. |

If you do go with the s2000, get a 7th gen base. It's so much easier and cleaner, and should only cost you a couple of bucks more.
