5'10 170lbs (dreadfully skinny, hopefully only for another year or two though)
This is all rep weight, not max, i dont know my max. bench: 185 (a plate and a 25) leg press: 12x45 (6 plates on each side) curls: 40lb dumbbells wide grip pull downs: 130lbs squat: a plate and a 25. As a martial artist... i don't do heavy weights too much... mostly cardio and light reps.
5'6" 150-160 pounds last I tried... max bench: 200 max dead: 445 max clean: 225 best mile run: 4:48 best 40 yard dash: 4.5 -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... I'm an artist!"
