i see this as a slap in the face for all bosox fans, i never could have imagined damon playin for them. sad day for me. i think this shows how now baseball is about money now, not the love for sport it self.

Babe Ruth, Wade Boggs, Roger Clemens were all former redsox. Boston stupidly gets rid of their good players and the yankees recognize that and pick them up. Its now time for Damon to win a world series with the yankeees, just like the Babe, wade boggs and Clemens did. Face it, any player no matter what team they're on wants to play for the Yankees.
