Yeah, metal between. But the other one the adjustable one does not look like the pic u posted.. Why would an st celica have sports susp. Beats me... Unless the p.o. Swapped.

So all the heads look the same, right ? (same size)

So I checked my rear trailing arm that adjusts camber and it has the skinny end points like batman posted. However if I understood correctly, we have a total of 8 spherical bearings on the rear trailing arms?
