Im in the midst of planning my third car show

So im in the process of planning a toyota car show for a crew im with. Im the events coordinator so this is kinda my area. I just wanna make sure im not forgetting anything so please help me out.

We have a venue - XXX RootBeer - its known for its car meets/shows thru out the year and for its 5 pound burgers
We have a time - July 2nd 2006 roll in at 8am
Weve decided to do Toyota/Lexus/Scion only so we can get nice big trophies and since were a Toyota based group we wanna stick to what we are about.

I have to go to a meeting with the restaurant and city staff to make sure everything is organized well.

we wanna get fliers done - preferbly nice professional looking fliers that include a toyota/lexus and scion on it and maybe a girl model like a typical flier. Anyone know anyone that can do the printing? Maybe i can get coomer to take the pic!

we also wanna market this as a EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO COME OUT and hang out! i would love to make it an all import show but thats hard to do when it comes to money for trophies. and i dont know if the turn out would be that great if we said only trophies were going to Toyotas. What if we did specialized trophies for toyota/lexus and scions and had like Best Honda, Best Mitsubishi, Best Subaru...so then we get more cars.

Let me know ur ideas!

thanks yall

and you northwest toyota owners best make it out July 2nd :-)

My Car club held a local show in oct. we contributed all the proceeds to a local child charity in the name of a local DARE officer that was shot and killed off duty.
we printed up flyers, went to local businesses and asked if they would put them up. we also asked them for donations. cash or products that we could use in the raffle. Hit alot of out of town shows and passed out flyers. got on a local radio spot. KMart let us use their parking lot and even brought the grill out and cooked hot dogs and burgers. We carged $10 a car. $1 raffle.
It was blast. we raised over $1000 and had about 100 cars. H&K Sound had a Db test. he donated all his proceeds to the charity also.
