Well since you want everything posted, I think he should. I'd like to read it as well. See what else has been going on.

just let this go already.... forgive and forget, it's not that hard. and besides, it's the internet... if you've done someone wrong, or something, call them and apologize, not post about it on some very public forum

I know nothing about all this, but from what I read it looks pretty rediculous. In my opinion if someone takes the time and effort to run a group buy and gets the product to everyone safely then there is nothing wrong with him/her making a little bit extra for there hard work. If the buyers agree to pay a price and they get a product then why does it matter how the money is split between the creator and the person who ran the group buy. The buyers shouldnt even know how the money was split. They have their product and should be happy.

/\ agreed...

I don't understand the whole commotion going on about helping others on this site and it being wrong to make a profit in a group buy, when we have a whole sub forum deddicated to buying and selling.... ? there clearly is profit going on in that situation- so what makes a group buy any different? I guess i dont see the anger here. If there wasnt a group buy in the first place, you would be paying more for the item REGARDLESS of whos getting a cut...

This crap has going on far too long and at the risk of adding fuel to the fire I'll throw in my two cents:

I've done group buys for other groups where I charged more than my actual materials cost but it certainly didn't cover my time and the tooling for machining. I would hardly call this "profit". If a price is set for a group buy and the members are willing to pay for it then I don't see a problem.

Dustin, or anyone else coordinating a group buy, is providing a service. If someone else can step up and prvide the same service for less then by all means speak up. Otherwise let the person coordinating the group buy do as they see fit.

i didnt know this even went on...honestly i agree with just about eveyone
*Dustin15Brown cause this is america and the sole purpose of america is to make money
*Coom +Others cause he did jack the price up on things
*my opinion is to go like everyone else and "forgive and forget", everyone always talks about how much of a "family" we are and how much we all dont bash each other and we all get along but right now it doesnt look like a family, but thats just me
