My brother might be moving out of where he lives right now and he asked me if I would be interested in living with him in March. He said it would be a good idea cuz we dont owe eachother anything - like we dont have to feel like we need to hang out. Hes 25 and im just about 21 but I dont know. i think about times when I am dating someone and what not and i think itd be a bit weird to have guys coming over if im living with my brother. Plus im a girl and I want my place decorated a certain way (black and white photos of cars in frames hung up) and he has posters of movies and bands at his place now.

What do you all think? anyone live with a sibling.

I came so close to doing that with my sister, but we never finalized it.

You and your brother seem to get along pretty well...It seems to me like you'd be fine living together. Then you could take the Supra more often too when it's done. tongue.gif

Personally I wouldn't ever move out with my brother. He is almost 20, tried going away to school in:

Russia (Belarus)
Louisiana (Loyola-then Katrina came)
Washington (Eastern)

He ends up crying like a baby and comes home, and my parents are paying for everything he has, so moving out with him would be a no-no....Then again we don't get along, and I'm sure you and your brother get along fine, so think of it as just a Mutual Benefit.

i might be moving out with my cousin

he's like the brother i never had. but then again, our interests match up. he is 24, i'm 20

we have always lived within a mile of eachother anyway, for all my life.

another bonus of us moving in is that if rent was like 800 our parents would probably give us 300 bucks

That would be nice. But it WOULD be awkward if you were to bring a boy home.

^ True.

I would probalby never move in with my sister, not that we dont get along, well eh um... anyway, it would be awkward. when my sis use to live here it was very odd if i got up in the morning, and incountered the b/f very uncomfortable, no work exchange. if you get along fine then worth looking into, but could cause fighting and a bad relationship between the two of you if it does not work out.
