i just washed my car and realized ive got some rust starting on the bottom corner near the hinge of my driver door, its right on the crease. ive heard from some of my mechanic friends that they think there is a spray that you can spray on it and it stops the oxidizing. have you guys ever heard of such a thing? or what should i do?

ya i have heard of that it turns the rust into black primer, what you sould do is get some sand paper and sand the rust, then spray that stuff on, then get some paint that matches your paint code and paint it on, then clear
