mine is blurry.. not 100% clear. is this common, or is it a bad tint job? i cant remember if it was blurry or not before the tint job... and i just now realized this after owning the car for 8 years

my rear window is blurry because for some strange reason i had alot of condensation from inside..and also because my friends figure they can wipe the window down with any thing. if u have ur windows tinted, it could be poor tint. My supra's rear window was horrible to see out of when i had it.

i'd check the quality of the tint job...how long since you have replaced the tint?

I have no tint on my car.. and the back window is still blurry. What can I do to fix it? I've cleaned the inside and outside glass. It frustrates me so much sometimes.

1) it's the tint.
2) it's the angle of the glass, you're effectively looking through thicker glass and on an angle so it makes thing not-so-clear.

Jen, did ur car ever have tint? It could still have the appoxy on it. Try taking some nail pollish remover on a rag and rub it on the window. The amonia will break down the glue from what tint is there/was there..but make sure ur cars gonna b wide open/leave ur hatch open for awhile. Oh, and just warning you, the smell is gonna b horrible..i did it on my supra when i had it and my sinuses hurt for a good week n a half after i did it due 2 the smell.
