a friend of mine works for Toyotas Nascar division, i know he was working with the truck series, i wonder if he's going to be working on the cup stuff now...

Yeah, they designed a new pushrod V8 simply for Nascar and in the early years of the truck series with the Tundra used Ford V8s. This is going to cause alot of upheavel with the southerners.
