no thanx, this way it's easer to start for me it was sometimes a big puzzle.
I know what you mean, it’s the inlet for the fan from the climate system. The boll shape is the same on each side. So I closed the right side with the peace from the LHD car and cut a hole with a example from the inlet of fan I made of the LHD car. It save you a lot of troubel than replacing the whole thing. So you need the inside part that makes sure no water comes in. The one on the left side you'll take out, its welt on 2 place an some glue around. The big blue part I put in is some kind of anti vibration part. You'll need it. It's clued and fit perfect in your RHD car. Than the other side So the wiper engine goes from left to right. It's different so you need it from the LHD car, with the wiper arms and the arm inside. also the plastic hood for it. From the LHD car you need the inside piece that makes the wall stronger to mount the wiper engine. You can also use this part as an example for cuting a the holes. The right side you close by welding. With the arm in side you can drill the other holes for mounting en flip the to in the middel. On the right side there's also a piece inside that makes the mounting place stronger. so you'll need the from the LHD car. Finaly you close the hole on the left and cut a hole on the right see photo. the wire thing: It's the wire behind the chairs or at the B-style. This connects the rear with the fusebox on the left side in the LHD car. So you have to make about +/- 20 wires a bit longer. I used the all the RHD wires and inside parts of the fusebox. In the dash you take the RHD wire and let it make the way of the LHD wire. looks like this at the end: The big engine wire that comes strait of the engine goes later trough the firewall on the right side. I did it this way because it saves on the cutting of the wires. |

I think the engine wire is just going to make it to the middle under the dash. On the RHD cars it's going in on the left and for the LHD on the right. I have some pics for you how the wire mast go in LHD and RHD.
Good idea about to put some motors to open the trunk and fuel door. Are you also going to use a remote and door poppers to open your doors and to make the door cleaned? In my JDM ST205, I have te full automatic climate control, see pic I used Everything of the dash of a LHD Celica, accept wiring. So I got the 3 parts of the climate system: Fan, air-condition unit and middle unit witch controls the air flow. The fan of the LHD car I left original, is good as it is and no difference. The air-condition unit I made open and replace everything of the wiring and radiator of the JDM unit. Because the JDM had some censors and wiring. But if you do not have the same control unit it is already good. Because this one works with electronic and the other one manual. The middle unit I switched the to servo’s from the JDM to the LHD, you have to make one servo extension own custom made. It’s the one that moves the big valve to let outer air in (no problem for you I think ) So yes you need the complete system of an LHD car and it has to have air co other wise you missing one unit. And it’s not possible to make the RHD one work because it’s totally mirrored. I gonna search for some drawns in my oem books and post them than for you! |

Yesterday I measured the engine wiring, it’s to short so yes you’ll have to make it longer!!
