frown.gif man...sorry to hear about that...i had many scenario(s) where i could have died a long time ago, but i've been fortunate enough to escape with some bruises here and there...if it makes you feel any better, i was in 3 major recks...

first one was with my 1986 GT-S toyo celica>>> i was driving on a raining day on december and rushing myself to get to a STUDY GROUP SESSION b/c finals for me was that night after...well, as i was going...it started to slightly rain and suddenly....huge drops started pouring. some dumb guy thought he can make a cut from the slow lane towards the fast lane, but lost control, slid and hit smack into me...i was in a real deep hole; my car flip and so did i....i sustain some minor injuries, but my car could never recover again.

second: My dad's new tocoma 2004...driving on the freeway and all of a sudden, my dad's driver side tire blew and i ended up drifting side-ways and did a two tumble summer-sault in the air and landed upright...my dad was really happy with me...car was totaled...

Third [almost inciddent]: lastly, my newly bought 94` celica; just happened two days ago from tonight's date...going home from UCR on 60 west FWY when a big semi-truck decided to change lanes. He sped upseing back and forth and successfully made the switch, but over here...it was super windythat day...cargo as i watch the truck started then it started leaning towards my side of the lane [i was on the far left lane; fast lane] and i just thought "SH*T!" floored my celica and barely made it by 1-2 ft from the distance where the truck actually flip over...saved by a thread...other wise i wouldn't be here....tongue.gif

don't feel too bad...cheer up! you can always fix your car, but for your life-line, there's only one chance to live and no chance to fix it back... wink.gif

Man, you recovered from being in a coma, and despite what you have done with the car, it is only a car, and much less important than the fact that you are still alive to tell us the story! Hope you make a 100% recovery.

It hurts to see thoes pics and read that post man, I hope that you end up getting enough money out of it to replace what was taken from ya, (and then some maybe.)

Hope you get a full recovery. remember take as many days off to get better (physicly and mentaly) as you can.

look at the good side, your alive and wile the car did not make it, it can be replaced, that feeling of joy driving down the street will return.

remember. car is just a material. wat matters is that you're alrite. whoever hit you will pay for it. sue him for watever damages he cause. just take good care of yourself and i'm sure when everything's settled you'll be in another celi better than ever.

Sheesh that looks bad. So sorry to see that. Hope you get back to perfect health soon. The car can be replaced even better than before. Not to sound like a vulture but you should get a lawyer soon to make sure you will be taken care of.

I agree with that. If he hit you your gonna want to get the full replacement cost. I would look up the bluebook price and cost of mods and keep that in mind.
