In USA, we don't have GT-S's, unless you count the GT's with sports supension package. In Canada, there's no difference in the motors, it's all options. In Europe, I think, they have the GT-S and it has a 3sfe motor insted of the 5sfe. It's 2.0 instead of 2.2, and it's a little less hp. I think the same goes for Japan. They may call them something else in Europe and Japan though. The America/Canada info I'm positive on. -------------------- Live Free, Be Happy

The OBD1's had about 5 more hp than the OBD2's. That's about it. They switched in 96. So the 90-95's should have just a little more hp. -------------------- Live Free, Be Happy

Since you bought it up, I might as well ask here instead of starting a thread.
What exactly does the sports suspension include? I'm not sure if I have one or not although my celica is loaded with the usual options (sunroof, leather, abs).. what else is there? the sports suspension we have here are simply better shocks and springs but overseas, they also get the strut bar in the rear and maybe better sway bars? but i'm not sure about that..
i think all GT-S come with abs, a/c, sunroof as standard. leather and the 8-speaker premium system were options i'm guessing. -------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
