Wow, it does look really really mean.

I love Tundras. I drove around a 2004 SR5 for a while... it rode better than most cars and easily better than any other full-sized pickup I've ever driven.

I can't wait to see the power specs... It has to have at least 300hp to stay competitive... I bet probably 343hp... just as a guess. We should place bets.

its looking like the new rams from the front (which i think dodge made a mistake on but thats too off topic). interior remindes me of the new F150s. and yes the rear calipers look like gt4 dual pots... i would like to FI that motor with say a centrifugal supercharger.

It looks amazing, its has to have over 300 easy considering the 4.7v8 is up to 280 hp this year, and thats its mid level engine.

Too big. What's the specs on the motor? Can it compete with the 350's and 351's? When are we going to get more desiel cars state side? I love those things.

yup

people buy them to put them on datsun z cars

make for a really cheap big brake kit.

I still can't get over that interior... it's radically different from the previous generation... sunken, illuminated gauges, controls on the steering wheel, looks like bits of vynil, aluminum and plastic everywhere, and the floor-mounted shifter w/center console? How can you seat anyone in the middle now? (not everyone wants extended cabs) You can definitely see influences from the tacoma.

My dad has a '00 Tundra.. and I have a feeling he is going to be tempted to trade his older one for this new one when he sees it. It is quite lovely.. but surely a gas hog.

I want an X-Runner.
