Just saw this on trademe it's a safety tramp has a huge safety net around it to stop kids from falling off we don't even have many trampoline accidents in nz looks like children will no longer be having fun with those sorta things around http://www.trademe.co.nz/Toys-models/Tramp...on-46527080.htm look at the price laugh.gif

ya theyve been around for a long time over here...
my thought: reinforce the sidewalling so say 2 ~200 pound people could wreck into the netting and have it be able to support them... then take a 17 foot basketball hoop (10 for standard hoop+5 for tramp height+2 for super jump factor) and hang it so its in the ring and have a freakin caged full contact Arch Rivals style basketball game goin on.

yupp, we used to do that back in the day... unfortunatly that was before they invented those nifty sidewalls, so after a few broken bones we moved on to other things lol

eh, very young kids should not be playing on something like that anyway, can jump over the side and really get hurt, its not a bad idea for safty although kinda stupid for older "kids" i never cared for tramps when i was younger, but i never had one so maybe I dont know what i'm missing. oddly enough i never had one because when my dad was younger he fell off one and got hurt.

Like everybody said we have had those around for years and they add to the level of fun biggrin.gif You can run into them or try and jump over them, and if the net breaks then you can jump up and off grab the pole and spin around smile.gif
