For some reason even if Celicas go for 1.5" drops, they still have a good amount of fender gap. I know over 1.5" drops are not recommended by many manufacturers. It seems as if you'd have to go with a 3" drop in order to get rid of that gap but then the body of the car is too low to the ground. I am interested in buying sprint springs or eibach springs. My main interest is the Eibach Sportline Springs with a 1.5" drop. I have TRD ones, don't get me wrong they are excellent, but the gap is too much still. Does anyone have pics of these springs with 17" rims? I don't want to get these eibachs if the difference won't be a significant difference. I have to take in consideration I have sideskirts and front splitters. Thanks. If any one else has suggestions please let me know.

all you need is some bigger tires. they will fill in the gap and give you a much better ride quality. i have sportlines with 225-45-17s and love the lool, ride and gap.

Actually TRD springs are only 1" drop. I mean excellent ride and handling.

I believe the Eibach Pro kit springs are like TRD's but not the Sportlines.

I have 17" wheels but my tires are only 40 series so I guess thats the reason also for the gap perhaps? Anyone else?

Is it me or does Sprint springs look like they are lower than Eibachs? Just a curious question, do you peeps with sportlines, have any finger gaps, and by how many fingers?

depends on the tire size too, i had sprints with big 17s and the gap was .5+-1"

Sorry this is a little off topic, but I want to get Lowering springs and cant decide between Eibach Sportline or Tein S Tech. maybe you guys can help me.
Why do the Teins drop the front more than the back?
And if i got the Eibachs are the gaps going to be uneven like elvasoshexai says?

QuintinGT It shouldn't be. If your springs in the rear is worn, even if you replace your struts, they will still be sagging low. elvasoshexai prolly needs new back springs. Its suppose to be the way it says it should be.

I have 18's with Tein S-Techs and my wheel gaps pretty much gone. except in the back because the back is 1' drop and the front is 1 1/2' drop.
