Ok my car was wrecked a long time before i bought it and it was painted but im re-painting it again, but doing the body work myself. Heres the thing, it was hit on the pass side quarter panel, and its kinda noticeable, because the door doesent sit right and some other things are messed up too. the only part that was hit was the door and where the panel starts ( the inside of the door where the striker is ), the door was replaced but the panel was sorta straighened out, but I was looking and its soo jacked up, its all covered with bondo and fiberglass.
My question is.....is there any way i can cut into another quarter panel, and get that small peice that i need, and just weld it on to my existing panel??
and if so, is there any of you who are parting out your cars who would be generous enough to cut this peice out and I will pay of coarse.

Ill try to get a pic but its like no more than a foot into the panel, that needs to be cut
