Nice, looks like mine except newer. You may have to make a custom bracket for that wastegate, and you will clearly have to reclock.
Some advice about that manifold: -Even though you can install without taking out the radiator, it will make it soo much easier for you if you do. -Unbolt the turbo from the manifold while installing. -Removing the alternator will make things a lot easier too, esp for oil management. -DO get an oil pressure reducer from jgstools. -PM with any questions. I've never heard about that 20 psi thing, I drop way under that when my engine is warmed up. I don't have any problems with that... Gary, what's wrong with that manifold? Are you saying that because its logstyle? This post has been edited by CheesyLobster: Feb 22, 2006 - 7:17 PM |

hate to be a buzz kill, but i have to say it
there wont be a good seal from the log header to the exhaust housing. that flange style is from a volvo, and when i had a turbo like that bolted to a standard t3 flange it leaked, badly. took replacing the exhaust housing to get it to not leak. on the plus side, its clean -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
