Hey guys,

Back again, with a vengance smile.gif.
Used to be active on the forum untill september/october when i recieved the wonderfull news that I was to lose my job. During this period i had a lot of troubles at home also so decided to take a rest from everything. Luckily (with the help of a lawyer) I didn't get fired and continue to work happily ever after.

Here the good news:

Already been on the look out for a nice st205 frontclip or total loss st205 from the uk to put into my car. Then last friday finally someone on our own (Dutch) celica forum had taken a JDM st205 (255 bhp) from the UK to sell here in holland. Everyone with a st202/at200 was wanting parts of it. Brakes/Strutbrace front/back etc etc. But those were parts i also wanted besides the engine+ecu+dashboard.

So i emailed the owner to buy the whole car. Arranged a meeting for next sunday, if the engine runs fine i will take it, strip it of all materials and let an expert place the motor in (april/may). Before that i will sell all internals and gonna place the brakes onto my car. Thats where the next problem comes into mind. I know have very deep rims and the st205 brakes aren't gonna fit. So the rims are gonna be replace for some nice 5Zigen pro race gn+ brons rims 18x7,5J

The front bumper of the car is badly damaged but al other parts for it. Badge, turns, fogs, bezels are in one piece so i only need the bumper itself (about 250 dollar/euro) to get the front end as it should be. Also the gt4 hood (minor dent on right side) will be placed on my car. Im gonna miss this front end i know have with the Postert front lip but the performance part gets a nice boost smile.gif

So in short the things i have to do are:
Take old motor out of my car
Replace with 3s-gte
Hook everything up (sensors/ecu/dash)
Remove old sideskirts and replace them with the 96+ that came with the st205
Replace my GT brakes with GT4 brakes
Temporarely use the stock rims from the gt4 for my front side untill my rims arive (end march)
Finally after 4-5 months place the Custom riser blocks from doGGy
Replace the GT front with a GT4 front bumper
Fix the dent in the GT4 hood
When i got enough money again a full respray

So i hope to stick around this time.
Greetz

Maarten
