I don't think it will. And if it does, it's worthless. That wouldn't allow any better flow at all. I think one of the best things you can to to a 5s is remove that cat in the manifold.

Yeah, the pacesetter header won't bolt up to the cat. It bolts up to the flex-pipe.

if it bults up to the flex pipe, the cat in the header will be gone.

yea, the headers arent that big. It looks like it will fit down 2 the cat, but the thing is the way it bolts up on the bottom is a triangle. I dont know how it would fit in with the cat, if worse comes to worse im gonna just go get a DP made and relocate my cat inline instead of off the manifold.

I'm pretty sure your going to have to relocate it. Does Canada have the same emissions requirements we do in the states?

the motor is the exact same as the USDM ones except for Cali cuz they have the more strick emssion laws.

That looks like it would bolt right in, with no custom work. I didn't think it was possable to get a header like that. Then again, I've never had a name brand bought header on anything. Or at least without custom back anyway.

Once I seen the pictures. I thought it was just a little stubby unit. -------------------- Live Free, Be Happy

I thought about it, and you know what, it will bolt to it. You'll have to turn it around backwards and make custom downpipe, but it will work. I didn't even think of spining it around.

That first cat will not bolt on to the header. You will have to lose that first cat. I don't know what people do about that sensor that goes into the cat when they get rid of it though. The header bolts onto the flexpipe like I said earlier. Your header looks a little different from the other pacesetter I've seen, but is pretty much the same. |

I don't have my first cat and my car passed emmissions in Houston which is as strict as Cali. I'm not telling you to do it or anything but just giving you my experience. That header will bolt up to the stock b-pipe between where the original cat ended and the pipe with the flex on it. You will not need a new downpipe but you might want to get a new flexpipe made up seeing as how the stock one gets crushed really flat where it goes over the front suspension and axles. Just be sure they pick up the mounting point right before the second cat or it will buzz like h3ll.

I havent got it installed yet. My buddy works at an exhaust shop part time, so hez gonna take it into the shop tomorrow and ask his boss how much it would cost to make a coustom downpipe with the flang on the top, and to weld a cat inline. Good thing i have my old supra exhaust still. I bought a nice coustom system for my old MKIII supra when i had it, but the car died on me, so i got the exhaust off it and i have a brand new 2.5" Magnaflow highflow cat. So yea..im figuring out if it will fit, and if not, how much its gonna cost to make it fit..lol
