If I had to take a guess, I'd say it's a modified 7th gen rear. Same with the skirts. They look like the action package.

I think he said modified 5th gen aftermarket. The lights are custom made. They look like afterburners.

the top half of the rear bumper looks oem and the bottom half appears it came off a civic aftermarket bumper.

i like it cuz even though it's kinda riced, it's unique and nicely modded.

^^ yeah probably.. but it seems like you can see right through up to the headlight's housing.. plus they look a little too 'crystaly' for stock.. but surely they're not projectors..
i dunno, i may be wrong
