ok for wiring harness (body and engine) wat gauge wire should i use?

and for things like normal speakers, neons, gauges, ect.. what should i use

Neons draw very minimal current.. So anything is really fine, 16Ga or something simlar. The same thing with speakers, 14-16Ga will be fine. You may want to run 12Ga, but I don't really see the advantage, other than less resistance, and *maybe* better SQ. Subs I run 10Ga, to be safe.

Obviously for running power/ground cable to amps, you need much thicker cable. Up to around 1000W rms, you'd be fine with 4Ga cable.

Engine wires, I wouldnt have the slightest.

I'd replicate the wire sizing that Toyota uses from the factory for the body/engine harness.
