Coom - Is it possible to modify the search function so that we can use 3 letter words? I can't tell you how many times I have put something in like KYB, EGT, ABS, H&K, etc, etc and got slammed by the search engine. You know I love the site - just a suggetion.

Jay.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

It's a good suggestion. I'll have to look into it. I may be upgrading the site to version 2.0 of the forums sometime. smile.gif

I was thinking the same thing. I think it will come in handy since their are so many 3 letter abreviations for car parts.

I agree. So many times I've gone to Invision Board powered forums and searched for three letter words only to come up with that message. I'll see what I can do. smile.gif

Nope, 2.0 will be free.

Also, I'm not a fan of vBulletin, and it costs money, plus it won't integrate with the site like I've setup Invision Board to. wink.gif

bump. FWIW, this issue continues to frustrate me and, I would suspect, others as well.
