it does come with the center though right?

Look to pay around 150-250 dollars for the airbag (that's considered somewhat cheap)... and they come in two flavors that will fit on that wheel. the wheel is i a direct swap for anyone with a 98-99 celica, 98-99 rav -4 ..
you can buy a dummy airbag cover but it comes without toyota logo for about $75 .. i do have a blown air bag for it if you want to do some custom work PRICE LOWERED TO $90 SHIPPED -------------------- Old guy with the toys
