yes i finally got the replacement axle in, but wow it was hard to put it in the Tranny!!! took me like thirty mins to put the sucker in!! its in now and its now complete but is there an easier way to put it in without a struggle?

im guessing you were doing the drivers side?

you have to turn the little snap ring so that it faces down, push the axel into the tranny, untill you are sure thatthe splines are lined up. then take a long thick flathead screwdriver (or something similar) and use a hammer to lightly tap it into place.
