Okay so my car is stock engine wise and this is my first engine mod. I got the 94 gt hatch and my friend was going to help me put an intake in. So ugh he asked if theres a box to remove and a sensor in the stock intake that has to be disconnected??? Also, what about the box under the fender that reduces air flow. Not really sure about that??? What to do what to do??? Help thanks

yes there is a box that needs to come out, just take everything out and put the sensor that is in the stock intake into the intake piping on the new intake, its quite simple and dosnet take long

Okay, intake installed, how do you put the heat shield on now. Its not a tight fit. The Heat shield is bigger than the K&N filter???

Okay, thats what it looks like, the heat shield is a little bigger than filter. . . and the 3 bolts on the heat shield are too big to bolt onto the filter and too small to bolt around the filter... Any help suggestions? For now i'm driving with my heat shield off
