My '94 ST had roll-up windows, no power locks, etc.

And it was a coupe frown.gif

tweak, since your a wiring master, do you know if the body harness for a celica with roll up windows is the same as one with power windows?

as in if i get all of the stock components will there be plugs for the power components?

dude, thats similar to what happened to me. I found a celica for $3000 at a dealership, called them and they told me it was a GT manual hatchback in great condition. I drove 7 hours up there to look at it and buy it with cash, and it turned out to be an ST with fake GT badging, the interior was so damaged that it had furry seat covers and the whole interior had like white stuff all over it from like water or something. To make things worst, the motor was all rusted and it had the ugliest teal flat color i've ever seen. I was so pissed at her, but before I left, I checked out another celica in the area and it was exactly what I wanted and so I bought that for $4000......with luck on my side, I made it out of the deal with a better car than I originally intended to. 1997 GT with perfect interior and exterior biggrin.gif biggrin.gif . power everything, sunroof, cd player, and the car was babied since the owner was a car lover.

I don't know, but I doubt it. Easiest thing to do would be to just custom wire it.

come to think of it the dealership that i bought my celi from classified it as a GT and the car also had GT badging. LOL course i knew better and used it to my advantage to lower the price from 9grand to 7grand. the car was in extremely great condition too with freakishly low miles...but it woulda helped my swap out if it already was a GT manual...lol oh well

Sounds like there is a trend here. When I bought mine they called it a GT. I didn't know much about Celicas then and it didn't have any badges but the Toyota symbol. I found out when I went to insure it that it was an ST but that made it easier and cheaper to insure.

Completely off topic but Dr Tweak where you going to stop? It seems as if you are sliding down the States. Maybe you will end up in SoCal and I could give you some business.
