Well, i had this idea floating around long time ago (and i got this Idea from Chris Coomer he was the first one with the single Shfter gauge pod ), when i still had my ST. Now it became reality.
I have 10 of the first product made right now, and pretty soon these will be availible for everyone, right now im only waiting for the leather shop to finish up all the shift boots. It supports 2 52mm gauges, will be painted with structurical paint to match the graines and color of the stock black plastic. Fitting it will be just like 2x2, im supplieng special 2 side adhesive fabric tape with can be reused 100 times - so removing / placing it back will be easy. Here are sneek peek pics of the actuall product - in these pics the color of the pods is different so dont mind it still Finished product will be just like stock plastic. Later on the run these pods will be availible along with DCW leather shifter knobs, same black leather/red stiching (btw - shifter boots are from natural leather). Price is still not fully set - but as for now i can say what these will be around 80-100$ shipped along with the shift boot. Thanks, Romas This post has been edited by doGGy: Mar 7, 2006 - 12:35 PM -------------------- Ex celica owner - just a guy from other side of the pond...

Nice work... But I wouldn't use it as it would take my eyes off the road.

nice work romas, they look very clean, i could definetly see a use for them for gauges you dont have a need to constantly monitor, like water temp or somthing to that effect.

This pod is made for "Second choise" gauges, for all others - im working on A-pillar triple gauge pod witch will fully replace you whole pillar instead of ADD ON. And it will be somthing more like this pod i made for WRX.

Very nice work...
Any chance you'd be making one w/just one hole for a gauge? ---> like a oil pressure gauge? Do you have any other options for a single gauge thing like that? thanks, snapshotgt edit: I know you can buy single pod pillers...but man, your work is sweeeeeet! good stuff This post has been edited by snapshotgt: Mar 7, 2006 - 1:40 PM -------------------- Past: V6 Swapped 6G Celica, E46 BMW M3, Jeep Wrangler TJ

Romas did you ever think about doing a 60mm 3 gauge pillar to expand our choice on just the Lotek 52mm?
Or is that Apillar 60mm? -------------------- |

the shifter pod is a good idea but might be too close for a short shifter, I know mine is close...
