Problem: Car engine fluctuates +-50 RPM, engine light on reads "Cylinder 4 Misfired Detected"....

Unscrewed all 4 spark plugs and they look OK (I donno how to check plug wires so I just pretend to look at it)... Screwed'em all back on, cleared the engine light, and car runs fine for a while... but it starts to flucuate again after say 10 miles...

should I change the spark plugs and wire set? Or it's a whole lot deeper than that?

Check the plug gapping.
