the fender i had ordered from www.anykindaautoparts.com has arrived. it was 200$ + tax delivered to my door. all i need to do now is decide how much bodywork i will be doing myself. Or, do i just drive it to the shop and say here...paint it? and burn a hole in my AMEX. i still need to get the rust off the doors... frown.gif

Is it an oem fender or an aftermarket one?
Good luck with the fitting, painting and the rust smile.gif

aftermarket TKY...hope it fits tongue.gif

decided to wait until the weather gets warmer. prep the front bumper and have it painted same time as the fender. rattle-can the doors after i get to the rust and save for doors (maybe next year). meanwhile i plan on buying springs and have my wheel sandblasted so i can paint them.

take it to a shop. you will want the jambs painted decent too so when you pop the hood or open the door you can't see black primer. DO TEST FIT it though. aftermarket fenders generally don't fit really good first try(some dealer ones don't either) as for that rust wire wheel it and use tome rustoleum of go the more expensive/chip foose uses it and so do i(extra encintive right there biggrin.gif) and purchase some POR-15 rust inhibitor and put a dab of it on there...$45US quart

I may be totally oblivious and just missed this, but what kinda fenders did you get??? I got the bullet ones from boosted6g, and my fitment was excellent. Theres one little spot up by the front right pillar, and another on the arch for the low beam, but they were easy fixes.
