Well, since i got my 96 bumper, i no longer need my 94-95...and well my 94 is in pretty good shape, so i thought i could just sand it down and primer it, and sell it... I was wondering if you guys who had done this had any tips or suggestions for products. I had searched and found a few people who wanted to use some types of things, but i never heard any updates, so im not sure how i should go about doing this.

If you're going to sell it, leave it alone. The person buying it will have to double check your work anyway and will probably do it themself again. If they don't do it, I guarantee the body shop repainting it for them will. Primer and reducer is expensive and will cut into your profits if you try to do it yourself. Just some advice.

Yea, thats what someone else said...I kinda just wanna do it to get some practice. Test my skills at the whole process. Im not too worried about a big profit, as long as i make back the bumper and the money on supplies.

Well i primed the 96 bumper... i think it turned out alright... Im thinking about going and just buying some paint to paint the new bumper/ fenders to match the car. Has anyone painted their own car (not rattle can)? I can get my hands on a pretty decent sprayer thingy for cars... any feedback???? id probably end up painting it again in a month or so, just wanna try my hands at some painting and body work, maybe get a job in college doing some body work or something.

seems like it would be pretty easy, since front bumpers and fenders are removeable, just take your time, buy closest color to stock paint possible, and buy clearcoat as well
