My gt4 smokes and has lack of power., SORTED!!!! Options

I have an 1990 celica gt4 st185 and im not sure if the turbos gone I have a lot of white and blue smoke coming out of exhaust I have had the head gasket checked thats fine I have a pipercross induction kit fitted I have taken it off and found there is a little oil inside which is from the turbo, the boost seems fine but the power dies out when I accelerate hard, but seems fine with short burst acceleration e.g overtaking.
Can anyone help????


I think my turbos fine I had head gasket problems but fixed it with CARGO SEAL UP LIQUID GLASS if anyone has the same problem this is the stuff to use my car no longer fills road up with smoke!! and runs like a dream!
