Both can work. the m80 will give more spark energy and have a max amperage of 600mA.
I use it everyday for about 3-4 weeks now without any problems. It is up to you level of driving and if you need that extra. Please increase fuel and adjust timing for this. Trust me. -------------------- West_Minist

hey im still running stock leads to the spark plugs, they are like thin as fishing line, by changing them for better aftermarket ones will i make any gains in performance? how about replacing tha spark plugs to better quality ones too?

Depends on what mods you have done. It's not going to increase your preformance by anything if your running stock. If you have FI or a swap, then it's definitly something you want to get done. It'll also be worth it to replace your stock wires and plugs if yours are old, and maybe if you have adjusted your air/fuel ratio.
