if i do get extension i don't want mine to crack from ice and stuff in the winter...so i was wondering does anyone here remove their extensions every winter and reinstall in the spring?

if you do, do u just use the normal screws + some type of epoxy or some other way? since i was thinking won't it be a real bitch to clean off all that tape/epoxy in the winter and to re-apply it? those tape/epoxy isn't cheap either...

ehhh, not sure if i would remove them in the winter. you're better off leaving them on and just make sure you paint them well and use plenty of clear. i know ontario is a lot colder then new york and you get more snow but i really havent had a problem with them cracking or anything. plus, the epoxy will be a biatch to remove and you might even crack the extension when trying to get it off.

thats probably b/c the quality of the kit. chrisc makes great extensions and he uses the highest quality fiberglass. plust the extensions really arent that big and there's obviously less surface area then an entire front bumper.
