I just got done beating the game, I must say it was pretty awsome. Cant wait for FEAR 2. The graphics are even more amazing if you have a PC that can run it decently then I would highly suggest spending your $40 on this game. Here are just some pics I took at random points.

yeah it's a really cool game
a few random screens.., lol i had to lower the settings a bit, i had such a sick lag there for a while, later realized that the cause was that i was recording while playing  ....a 7gb f.e.a.r movieclip anyone? gotta love the nailgun....   how cozy!

i didnt like it, just more of the same, and the graphics arent anything from the other world, bad trama, the only thing i liked about it was the ai was pretty fun and at least a little inteligent while fighting against the player. but ive heard most ppl who doesnt usually play a lot tend to like this game

While it wont be the biggest game ever made and it wont leave that impact doom had on the FPS community, i personally think it was very entertaining. Yes it could have had more depth to it, there could have been more boss's/enemys, more weapons, longer levels, ect. but for whats its worth it kept me entertained for a few hours, gave me something to talk about with my friends, and scared the crap outta me at 3am. ya, i think FEAR beat out resident evil 1. They could however use a few more scary parts in the game.
