Hey i was driving to the bank and i guess the motor ont he power sunroof is jammed i dunno something is wrong, because i cant close it at all, i tried to manually force it but its stuck as hell

Now my car is covered and im wondering if anyone can give me an estimate on how much replacing that motor would cost

have you tried checking the motor by taking the roof paneling off?

hrm depends where you go- i'm sure if you check toyotaworld you can order the parts you need. but in order to do that you need to know the parts you need wink.gif lol.

somewhere around here i made a post on how to get to the sun roof. Good luck!

inspect your track, it might've caught a peice of debris that jammed it.

Well lets see, I know its not the track because i got it somewhat close now, but problem is that its to the point where the sunroof has to tilt back up to close, and its not going that far yet lol

Ill search around ILuvMyCelica95 thanks smile.gif

Mine did this once and there were some pieces of plastic that were getting worn out causing it. Sit inside your car and move the sunroof back and forth using the motor, and watch the parts that move along the track. The piece on mine looked like a roller but was worn off on one side and when it rolled over to that side it would stop. I just pulled the worn out piece out and it works fine now.
