I found some stuff that might help you. I hope it does.
These are legislatures and codes taken from a Washington State legislature site. These should be informative: http://www.leg.wa.gov/RCW/index.cfm?fuseac...ction=46.61.530 These are different acts and such, just miscelleneous information: http://www.ci.kent.wa.us/Police/Traffic/CurbRacing.htm http://www.doh.wa.gov/here/Projects/Projec...tail.asp?ID=251 If I were you, I'd go to the Library as Nick stated above. Or you could go to your state legislature office. If none of that helps, you could probably contact a Lawyer/Law Office (perhaps your father is friends with one or you already have one) and just ask. I hope I helped some. Good luck, Natalie. |

Do it on spectating races!!! Wait! I know how to get info without having to spend money and it's pretty easy. Just ask a cop! They have to know the codes and basic charges for it! I'm sure you know one, and if you don't you could just call to the police station and ask to speak with one.
