Whenver I use my e-brake, when I remove it the brake stay jammed, but after I move for a couple feet they un-jam, sometime with a small "clunk". Is a little cleaning all they need? I mean they can't be in need of replacement.. they are only used when the car is not moving ! aha

Its no big deal, but I'm afraid the inspection guy tells me I need to fix this and rape me somehow.

yea, they prolly just need a good cleaning, you'll prolly need to remove the parking brake lever and clean that up really well.
