dont wanna sound like rude, but if you'll search you will find a ton of info on this. There have been a few post about mounting them lately, and there was a post awhile back on the wiring and what not.

easiest way ive found, crawl under ur car, remove the front splash sheild, remove the 2 far bolts for the rear of the splash sheild. Get a drill, make ur mounting point, drill piolet hole, go to bigger sided bit, use a self tapping screw, screw in the mount, attach the fogs, run your wires, turn em on and have fun. mine took me about 30 min to install and about 40 min to wire up.

get a remote controll harness relay, that way you dont have to run a wire through the firewall.
you can turn the lights on and off with a remote
