I'm not sure what you are asking.
But I think you mean, if your headlights is not on does the indicators work? I think the US ones have the indicators on constant with the headlights unlike others.

Yea, if you have fogs that came installed, you should have the switch on the side of the lil stick. The first notch is the turns/sides... the 2nd notch is the headlights. Then thers a side switch with the fogs.

I think I know what you mean.
Lets say I have my lights all the way off, only thing that is on for me are my day time lights. Then if I turn the light switch once I get all my indicators and rear lights on, including the turn signals lighting up. Only lights that won’t be on are my low beams, day times will still be on in this setting. If I turn the switch once more then my low beams come on and all the other indicators etc previously mentioned are still on. So yes when my lights are on the turn signals do light up. Well for me anyway, and when I use the turn signal like this they just blink brighter. |

Yes, those should be on at all times the engine is on. They, like the signals in the rear, are dual-filament bulbs so that the illumination level can have three settings: off, single filament (what you get when the engine is on) and dual filament (what you get when signalling).

the front turn signals should be on 50% when headlights are on-same as parking lights. more than likely, the less bright of the two filaments is burned out. try replacing the bulb.

Yes the turns/sidemarkers are on when the first notch is turned. And then when the 2nd notch is turned on the headlights come on with the sides and turns. Do yours ever turn on? Or do they just blink? Its very simple.
