its way off, we had our house apraised last year at $650k without land, and over $900k with the land, and the site said it is 125k

yea, all this is gonna be off since unlike a car, when you add stuff to the house it goes up in value.
my parents bought a cheaper house this time around partially due to different state taxes or somethin?(iunno)
but i remember right after we moved it we got all new carpet, added tile, new kitchen countertops, added a awning and some other stuff...
they went nuts.
edit: i forgot to add how they had the downstairs modified so that a 40-65" TV slides into the wall and takes up no space of the downstairs, lol. (also shelves above it for audio n such)

yup its way off it said 500k but we just had our house appraised 6months ago over 780k.
