its way off, we had our house apraised last year at $650k without land, and over $900k with the land, and the site said it is 125k

yea, all this is gonna be off since unlike a car, when you add stuff to the house it goes up in value.
my parents bought a cheaper house this time around partially due to different state taxes or somethin?(iunno) but i remember right after we moved it we got all new carpet, added tile, new kitchen countertops, added a awning and some other stuff... they went nuts. edit: i forgot to add how they had the downstairs modified so that a 40-65" TV slides into the wall and takes up no space of the downstairs, lol. yup its way off it said 500k but we just had our house appraised 6months ago over 780k.
