the white has a varis arising II (?) front kit but i dunno about the sides and rear bboy --------------------  ..(formerly daily driven) 3S-GTE powered celica currently set @ 12psi.. |

I've looked at the bodykit guide on here and it resembles the C-One GT-Four front kit but I'm not sure it 100% matches up... |

Certain cars that were released only in Japan (Skyline GTR / Celica GT4) and other countries besides the US, fail to meet emissions/crash test/road safety standards here in the states. So, basically, our government believes because the car wasn't released here, it isn't safe to drive here. You have to spend insane amounts of money to get it legal, so much so that it really isn't worth the time or effort. I think it's possible to disassemble a GT4, ship it here, then reassemble it. Swap out the VIN from an identical year celica which has been junked (salvaged) and consider your reassembled GT4 with a junk title. This wouldn't be easy, and if you got caught, you'd probably be in deep ****, but it's really the only way to get one over here, unless you "know" people. |
