Can somone tell me how to wire the MSD Boost Timer Coil for a 96' ST 7afe. There are instructions for the GT but i can't figure out how I would go around doing it for the ST considering it is a completey different than the 5sfe.

Thanks

Wait. I know jeff and I'm gonna help him with this. What he means to ask is how to wire a MSD Blaster II coil not a BTM. I wired my own stuff but I have a GT with the MSD 6BTM, Tach adapter and Blaster II Coil. What we need to know is how to wire it as the stock coil is attached to the distributer cap. WTF? I think maybe my old '95 GT was like this but that was a while ago and I forgot.

Anybody wire a Blaster II to an ST yet? Should be easy if you know what wires are what.
Pressure?
Anybody?

BTW - can a mod change the topic name to Blaster II coil instead of BTM and also move this to the engine or performance section where it will get read by the right people? I don't want to just start another thread.

if you take a look at the plug coming outta the coil on the dizzy, the wires are the same as the GT setup, its just in a diffrent spot.

So I can just cut into those wires and install there? But wait there is no coil wire on an ST right? I need help. This is the first ST I've ever worked on. Remember that we are installing a Blaster II coil and not an MSD ignition or BTM as was originally posted.
Thanks in advance Pressure - I trust what you say as I've seen the impressive work you are capable of.

oOblackOo (Jeff) - can you post a picture of your distributer so I can show what I mean? 1 with the cap on and 1 with it off would help (or any other ST owner for that matter).
