96-99 neon bars but thats for the front with some modification.

Yeah I just did mine yesterday. You line up the inside hole and drill the other 2. Looks good, barely felt a difference with the install. Next up is a rear bar.

for the rear, the best is to use the GT-Four OEM rear strut bar. You can get it from Toyota dealerships - part # 53605-20020
perfect fit and made for these cars. -------------------- |

hm. my toyota dealership here is crap. they dont have much. last time i asked about the celicas in japan and they said that japan doesn't make celicas. confused but yeah ill go to a farther toyota dealership.
